All tatatweet, AGAIN. This is taking a bit longer than expected,
mainly because there are things I've only done once. This is
technically my second django app.

need to relearn serious DOM processing each time I try to do it,
because the gaps are so big.

Background processing is turning into a bigger projects because I'm
keeping the code in another version control repository, and want to
learn about Git and getting setup in GitHub.
